Xavier departed this life at the age of 13 with his loving parents by his side. Xavier was born March 2, 2007 to Vyrnard and Debra Walker in Portsmouth Naval Hospital. "Xavy" as he was affectionately called brought joy to all whom he encountered. Xavy attended Willard Elementary in Norfolk, VA and middle school at Childrens Hospital Richmond ICU Educational Program in Richmond, Va. Xavy was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Yvonne Badal-George, and maternal great grandmother, Violet George. Xavy leaves to mourn his parents, Vyrnard and Debra Walker, brothers Deandre (Briana) Thomas and Michael Jeter, sisters, Pilar and Vynique Walker, maternal grandparents, Lennox and Florencia George, paternal grandmother, Georgia Walker, god grandmother, Eva Jackson, aunts, Lenore George-Howard, Nicole Wallace, Linda Palmer, Allisia Christie and Cheryl Kurianowicz and Mara Gordon, uncles, Glenford George and Terrance Badal and a host of extended family and friends
