William M. Brown, Jr passed away on April 25 ^th . He is predeceased by his parents William and Mabel Brown and siblings Sheila B. Wagner and Michael Brown. "Billy" graduated from Booker T. Washington High School and retired from Norfolk General Hospital after over 25 years of service.

He leaves behind three brothers: Eric K. Brown, Donald D. Brown and Clay V. Brown, a special friend Zelma Jasper, a son LePortre Jasper (Marquisha), two grandsons, LePortre Jr. and Qui'Sean and stepson Demetrius Jasper and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews. He also leaves a great group of attentive neighbors in the Broad Creek section of Norfolk.

"Billy's" Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, May 1, 2017 at The Basilica of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception at 11 am. Public viewing will be held on Sunday, April 30 ^th from 1 to 6pm at Riddick Funeral Service 1225 Norview Ave NFK.
