William Samuel Beavers Jr. was born in Norfolk, Virginia to the late Evelyn S. and William Samuel Beavers Sr. on July 11, 1968. William attended schools in Norfolk County, Virginia and Woodrow Wilson Center, which gave him the honors of being a welder. William later became a dedicated employee for The City of Norfolk; he was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys football team and loved dancing and chopping it up with his friends.

Left to cherish his memories are his sister, Sophia Smith, grandmother, Annie Smith, aunt Janice, uncle Melvin, and his wife Angie and cousins Negus and Allen. William was predeceased by his parents, Evelyn S. and William Beavers Sr; a brother, Deangelo Smith, grandfather Frank Smith, uncles Anthony, James and Rodger. He also leaves to mourn cousins, family members and friends. I would like to give a special thanks to his special friends, Shelt-Dog, James Dorsey and Tracee Cherry.
