Vincent passed at home in Sacramento, CA. Born in Norfolk, VA to E. Edward and Susie Martin, he served 21 years in the US Air Force and retired from Sac Army Depot, he was a faithful member of Faith Fellowship Church. He leaves to cherish his memory, wife Sadie Martin, daughters, Veneshia Smith and Sheri Dunn (Dennis), grandson, Sr. Airman Trevonn Smith, granddaughter Kiani Fredrick, great-granddaughter, Tiana Alexander, son in laws, Micheal Smith and Kevin Fredrick.
