Ms. Ruth Janetta Blackmon a native of Roanoke,Va was born to the late Clarence and Anna Robertson on September 1, 1942. At an early age she professed her faith in Jesus Christ, educated in the Roanoke Public Schools, she was a 1960 graduate of Lucy Addison High School. She was predeceased by her parents and 10 siblings. In 1965 she moved to Akron,Ohio where she met and married Samuel Feaster Jr. From this union three children were born, Samuel Feaster III, James Feaster and Kimberly Corbin (Antoine) and her oldest daughter Cheryl Payton(Kenneth) 10 granchildren, Robert, Da'veoun, Ariel, Arris, Kimdri, Maranda, Malik, Sammirah, KQuadrie, KQuqnise, 5 great grandchildren, 2 brothers John Robertson and James Robertson (Margie) 2 sisters Anna Grasty(Donald) and Joyce Baker, 2 sister in laws Doloris Robertson and Violet Robertson, 1 brother in law Clarence Davis and a host of nieces, nephews and military kids she adopted and cared for, Honorary urn Bearers Vaughn Murry and Micheal Baker
