Richard Earl Sutton, 74, passed on November 30, 2021 in Chesapeake, Virginia. He was the son of Daisy Brinkley. Richard was a dedicated worker for the City of Virginia Beach, Traffic Technician for twenty years and retired in 2006. He leaves to cherish his loving memory, a dedicated daughter, Monica Fleming, a brother, Ronald Sutton, a grandson Markell Brown, and a very devoted and close friend of twenty seven years Diane Fleming and many loving relatives and friends.
