Rhonda Yvonne Camps went to her heavenly home on November 18, 2023. She was born in Long Island, New York on August 29, 1974 to Ella Parker (camps and James Camps. Rhonda, also called Rhonda-boo by some family, moved from New York to Norfolk, Virginia in 1997. Her passion for helping others kept her in the CNA and DSP field for over 15 years. Rhonda's love of reggae, RnB, and rap was infectious and everyone knew if the music was playing and she was around, there would be a good time had. Her personality and spirit were so captivating that everyone who met her, loved her which is a testament to how many friends she's made over the years. Rhonda is predeceased by her father, James Camps. She leaves her memory, of laughs, and joy with her son, Jahriel Jackson; her mother, Ella Parker (Marshall); her brothers, James Camps Jr. and Troy Camps (Dorothy), along with loving aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
