Rev. Wallace Carlton Hines was born January 14, 1949 to Mother Willie Ward and Father Jessie Hines, he was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He served in the military.  In his earlier years he was known as D.J. Mr. Mean one of the top D.J's in the Hampton Roads area. He knew how to keep the people and the crowd moving through music. He would D.J. for school dances, weddings, parties, etc. Later in life he became an ordained minister and became Rev. Wallac C. Hines in the year of 2000. He began  keeping the people moving through the word of God. He has performed baptisms, weddings, marriages and various religious gatherings. He was always there for anyone who needed pray, advice on life, he was always a listening ear. He was a son, brother, uncle, father, grandfather and friend. He will be missed by all! He leaves to cherish his memory, daughter, Shirea Hines, two grandchildren, and many caring relatives and loving friends.
