Pearl D. Lacey, 68, was called home to the Lord on January 22, 2014. A native of Norfolk , she was born to the late Richard L. Lacey Sr. and Pearl Parker. Pearl transformed her caring and motherly love into being a valued day care provider in the community. She leaves to her loving memory, a son, Cassell A. Lacey(Annette) a brother, Joseph Lacey (Carol) a sister, Edith L. Harvey (Curtis) a sister in law Carolyn Lacey, grandchildren, Jatara Moore and Damontae Diggs and two great granddaughters and many loving relatives and friends.
