Patricia Ann Robinson Proctor a native of Norfolk, passed on April 29, 2022. She was born August 5, 1949 to the late Lucille and James Robinson and was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Proctor. Patricia attended Norfolk Public Schools and retired from the Children Hospital of the Kings Daughters (CHKD) after thirty years of dedicated service working in the department of Environmental Services and she loved all types of music and loved dancing; and was often called "6 Pack Pat" because of her love of Miller High Life.  She was the highlight of any party, she wasn't a complainer, kept the faith and stayed strong down to her last days! Left to cherish her loving memory; her children, Tamika Proctor Elliott (Jamel) Rodney Robinson (Tracy) and Stanley Robinson, siblings, Lindell Beary, Brenda Robinson and James "Pop" Robinson, grandchildren, Latasha Kimbrough, Rishawd Hendricks, Aaron Brown, Melvin Brown, Rodney Robinson Jr., Lamont Cuffee, Quidale Cuffee, La'Daje Proctor, Tyrell Spencer, Akayha Proctor, ten great grandchildren, and a special great niece, Damia Williams, and a special friend of fifteen years, Herbert and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. And a special thanks to Shelia Elliott, Melvinia Branch, Toni Lawe and Ms. Peggy. And a special gratitude of thanks, for the  the warmth in your heart and the unconditional love that you have shown to Pat,  thank you Jason Robinson!!  I would often say "MA" are you OK and your reply would be "Yes baby, I have made my peace with God; have you made yours, because one thing for sure, I can't stop death.
