Patricia Yvonne McMaster Bailey born January 12, 1951 to late Goldie and Mark McMaster was called home to the Lord quietly on May 14, 2022 at Chesapeake General Hospital with her loving family by her side. Patricia was a member of Bethel Baptist Church for over fifty years, and served on numerous ministries, the Inspirational Choir, Kitchen, Nursing, Youth and the Vacation Bible School ministry. She was a former member of The Free Spirit Chorale Ensemble where she served as the Business Manager under the direction of Dr. Sylvetser Starkes. Patricia also served as a secretary of  Ebony Sis Club (social-savings). A licensed cosmetologist until 1983, where she worked at Esther's Beauty Salon and J.C. Penny's. She then changed course and became a nursing assistant where she worked for twenty six years and retired in 2013 as a dispatch supervisor. Patricia was predeceased by her parents, a sister, Janie Worrell, great granddaughter Skylin Perry. Left to cherish her loving memory, daughter, Patrice Cherry and her favorite son-in-law as she would say Willis Cherry, a sister Dianne James, seven grandchildren, Eric, Danny, Jabari, Dontae, Winifred, Hollis and Ronald, four great grandchildren, Erica, Aaliyah, Jorelle, and Jakobey, and a host of loving, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends. A gratitude of special thanks to, Internal Home Care, Lisa Pinkney and Dorothy Roy, Paul Cherry and Dr. Amy Skorupa for assisting with all of her care.  A mother's love is like no other. It provides you everything you need and exactly when you need it.
