Mildred Selden of the 800 Block of A Avenue passed away on Saturday October 20, 2012. A native of Bladen County, NC. She retired from the "Famous Shoe Reapir Shop" on Granby Street. Preceded in death, by her parents, her husband, William L. Selden Jr, son, Christopher B. Selden and great grandaughter, Carolyn "Cee Cee" Walker. Survivors include, son, Robert A. Selden(Edna), Thomas C. Selden, and William Selden III, daughters, Carolyn S. Walker, Joyce Daniel(Daniel) 12 grandchildren and a host of loving relatives and friends. A viewing will be October 24 from 2-8 pm and the funeral will be held October 25, 11am at First Baptist Bute Street, with burial in Calvary Cemetery
