In the morning of May 25, 2018, death broke our family circle and took from us our dear sister, mother, grandmother and aunt, Mildred. She went peacefully to her eternal rest at Norfolk Health Care Center. She was born on July 17, 1932 to the late Florence and James Little in Bertie County, she was a loving, kind and devoted person. She joined the Spring Hill Baptist Church at an early age. Upon moving to Norfolk, she became a faithful member of Friendship Baptist Church until her health failed. She was a janitor at Norfolk State University, where she retired from. Her presence in the home will be greatly missed, but God's will has been done and we bow into humble submission. Left to cherish her loving memory, sons, Elton Little( Nellie) Randolph Little(Robin) sisters, Joanna Powell (Jimmy) Doris Mitchell, Eloise Littles and Christanna Horton(Joseph) and one brother Nathaniel, grandchildren, Elton, Jeff. Lakisa, Melvin, Keshia, Stacy and Tasha, thirteen great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
