Entered  this world on Friday, October 29, 1982

Exited  this world for his new home in heaven on Monday, April 13, 2020.

Although, he lived just a little over 37 years, his time here on earth was not wasted because everywhere he went from childhood up to recent days, Mike, who went by many nicknames (Mikey, Mr. Miquel, Moochum, King Mike, etc.) never met an enemy, that's because he was always a very friendly guy who not only loved among his family, relatives, and peers but to other adults as well. And speaking of friends, his 'friend-base' was huge, so much that he needed his own space to contain all of these friends which was also where spent his final moments on earth, no less, still entertaining someone whether in person or by text.

Leaving to grieve his passing are, his mother Paulette L. Ampey, his oldest and only brother Stephen L. Smith, his only sister, Laurentia D. Tuff, and one nephew who loved his 'uncle' Mike dearly, Stephen Edwin Lawrence Smith. Other family members included, his beloved grandmother Bernice E. Gilliam, his four uncles, Robert, Tracy, Keith, and Albert Smiths, as w and Ronald Payton, as well as his only aunt Melody M. Sanders, and a large host of cousins, too many to list, all who loved Mike dearly.

Mike was predeceased in death by his paternal grandmother, Helena K. Payton, maternal grandfather Albert Smith, and his father, Edwin Lawrence Wilson.

Lastly, to you Mike who are now in heaven, no more seizures, or other health issues for you my dear sweet loving son, and if you didn't know before how much you were well-loved or how many lives your presence touch, well, baby boy, now you know, from this crowd you left behind to mourned your passing.
