On Saturday, December 27, 2025 Maalik Wasim Wilson was called to heaven. He was born

on April 21, 1993, in Norfolk, Virginia and bless to Alice A. Montgomery. Maalik was educated

in the Norfolk Public School System. He was a member of Mt. Gilead Missionary Baptist

Church, where he served in the Youth Choir and Youth Usher Board.

He is predeceased by his grandmother: Harriet Scott – Montgomery, Godmothers: Rose Peoples and Weazie.

He leaves to cherish on this earth: (Mother) Alice A. Montgomery, Fayetteville, NC, (Daughter) Nariyah McDonald , (Sons) Nacarre McDonald, Namir McDonald, and Talik Wilson. A blessed mother to his kids Camara McDonald. Maalik (Smoke) was a loving son and a devoted & loving father to his children.
