Lisbeth Y. Alvarez Suazo was a daughter, sister, niece, cousin, friend, and loved one who unfortunately passed away up to the Lord on May 2, 2024. A tragic car accident has taken her away from us where she was pronounced dead on site.

She was born on June 15, 2001, in Danli, Paraiso, Honduras. She was raised by her mother and father up to her first year of life to which she would move to live with her mother and grandparents to three. Once her mother moved to the United States, Lisbeth would stay to live with her maternal grandparents until she turned fifteen. Soon after, she would be brought to the United States by her mother to where she would meet her siblings and extended family. She would gain the opportunity to go to Norview High School where she met many friends who will miss her dearly.

Around March of 2022, she would make the life-altering decision to move from Norfolk all the way to Richmond, Virginia. She would choose to live with close cousins and her older brother alongside her uncle. She found work and job opportunities within the city. On an ordinary day like no other, she would travel like usual to work and tragically meet her end.

Many close to her will say that she was as loving, and she was envious. She was friendly and quite the social butterfly. She was a dreamer like no other. She could be snarky when she wanted to be and overall, an enthusiastic young lady. She was very collaborative, often an aid or the planner for birthdays and social events. Some would say she couldn't say no, always involving herself into anything she could. She was a bright girl often seen with a smile, yet she was an overthinker, worried over small things. She wasn't a saint, rebellious when it came out of her, but she wasn't a bad person either.

She is the first to leave us. We are all left with a great pain in our hearts from her death. A youth who still had more to live for has been taken away from us. Mentioning all who will miss her dearly is too many to count. Even her closest family is a lot to name one by one.

Keep traveling like you always loved to do. Fly, fly higher to wherever you want to travel. Fly.
