Linda Albert was born September 22, 1953, in Norfolk, Virginia to the late James Lamb and Elaine Daniels. She completed the race of this earthly life on Saturday, December 10, 2022, in the comfort of her home with her beloved husband. Linda was educated in the Norfolk Public School System where she was a proud Titan at Lake Taylor High School. She enjoyed a career of nursing for more than twenty-five years; later Linda established and operated a small boutique of women's fashions which displayed her exquisite taste and sense of style. She also worked briefly for the City of Norfolk.
A life filled with love and service epitomized Linda's life. Empathy and hospitality were God-given gifts. She made an impact on everyone she met through her spirit of giving and willingness to help. She welcomed everyone with open arms and treated you like you were special – like family.
Linda was passionate about family and friends. She was a master at culinary skills and often planned and hosted gatherings and holiday events which created life-long memories for all who attended. Her smile and laughter warmed the hearts of all in her presence.
Linda and her beloved husband, Alphonso Albert, spent 30 years in marital bliss. They shared a love for God, family, and community.
She leaves to mourn her passing and to cherish her memory, a devoted husband, Alphonso; three siblings: Valerie Daniels, Dwayne Daniels, and Pamela Nobles; three children: Armando "Jonathan" Rojas (Yolanda), Carey "Pappy" Daniels(Aarian) and Lois D. Pointer; grandchildren: Ramid Pointer, Iyana Pointer, Natiara Satsatin, Jabari Paul, Nilyn Daniels, Nauri Daniels, Jordan Franklin, Allen Carter, Jersey Rojas, Micah Rojas, and Micah Rojas; four great-grandchildren: Cameron Wigfall, Liam Chatman, Arlie Stubblefield, and Taryn Pointer; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, a goddaughter, Jene' Bennett Chapman, and many friends.
Linda is no longer with us physically, but her spirit will live on in our hearts forever.
