Lawrence Haskins, Jr. formerly of the 800 Block of Reservoir Avenue passed away on March 10, 2014 after a short illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Isabell and Lawrence Haskins Sr., a brother, Raymond B. Haskins Sr., a sister Zenobia Haskins Rodgers. Left to cherish memory are his children, Lawrence III, Miguel, and Reuben, a brother, Drewen(Juanita) sister in law, Beatrice Haskins-Vaughan(Allen) grandchildren, Dominick, April and Toya, great grandchildren, Dominick Jr. and Jeremiah, nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Lawrence is also survived by a very special niece, Pamela M. Haskins of Norfolk, Virginia, who provided loving, excellent, nursing care to him throughout his illness.
