Keicia Danyel White (Kei) was born on March 28, 1976 in Norfolk, VA to the loving and caring parents Catherine and Vernon White. She grew up in the Grandy Park/ Chesterfield Heights area where she was loved and liked being around others. Kei was very easy to get along with and loved just about everyone she came across; she had the sweetest heart and wasn't afraid of anything. She enjoyed reading most of the time even during her free time, all she would ever do is read , read, and read and could tell you about a book like it was the back of her hand. Kei also enjoyed cookouts and family get togethers. Keicia attended Lake Taylor High School and graduated, after graduation she attended Norfolk State University for a semester.  Kei met and married Demart White and are blessed with two sons, Taquon and Keonte. Before gaining her wings on January 14, 2021, she learned to cherish everything she had including her life, husband, kids, parents, grandparents, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. Keicia was a stay at home housewife that loved to laugh and joke and would do anything to make sure her family was taken care of and would give them her last. She was predeceased by a brother Vernon Leroy (Roy) and sister Felicia (Lisa) . God has another angel named Kei, and she's watching over her family and friends. God will get us through these tough times.
