Keelan was born January 22, 1978 in The Federal Republic of Germany to Sam and Mae Williams, raised as an Army "Brat" he lived and traveled to many place, while residing in Fort Bragg, NC, he went to Pine Forest High School, and grauduated in 1996 with Honors, and was a member of the North Carolina Honor Scholars. Keelan attended Howard University in Washington, DC and obtained his B.S. Degree in Marketing from Norfolk State University. He was a valued employee of E.V. Williams Inc. for many years. He loved and was always amongst his family. He is survived by parents Sam and Mae Williams, brother Keith(Felicia) and sister Kesia, nephews and Nieces, Alexander Williams, Alexis Singletary, Keenan, Evan and Layla, and grandmother Lottie Farmer. Keenan was predeceased by grandparents Robert "Bob" Farmer and Mary Williams an uncle Glenn Farmer and an aunt Margaret Williams
