Heaven gained another angel on September 27,2022 when God called our mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, cousin, and friend Karen Denise (Neicey) Green home.

Karen was a loving, kindhearted, strong independent woman who had a courageous heart.  Her love and wisdom were felt by not just her family but many others.   She worked hard and loved spending time with her family.

Karen Denise Green was born on Mach 17,1957 to the late Jimmy Green and Virginia Bowman of Norfolk VA.  She was preceded in death by her sister Rolethia Boney and her husband Jerome Ford.  She leaves to cherish her memory four children Kira Green, Rudolph Green (Shine), Rocshena Green, and Keron Green, her sisters Emma Boone and Regina Green, and her brother Theodore Green.  She had two stepchildren Jermaine Ford and Sioban Ford. She had seven grandchildren, Kam Allen, Summer Green, Cameron Gill Jamier Gill, Izaiah Gill, Anna Griffith, and David Griffith, one step grandchild, and one great grandson. She had a host of nieces and nephews that she adored and loved, and they loved and adored her.

She was a vital part of our family, and we will forever miss her love, guidance, smile, and sparkling personality.
