John E. Lacy Sr was called to be with the Lord on Sunday August 9, 2015 peacefully at his residence. A native of Pittsburg,PA he was predeceased by his wife Lillian Lacy. He was a graduate of Dinwiddie County High School and Virginia State College(now university) He retired from the Norfolk Public School System after thirty seven years of service. He leaves to cherish his memory his son John E. Lacy Jr.(Antionette) grandchildren, Anthony and Kendall Lacy, sister in law Bertha Heard and a host of other relatives and friends.
