Ms. Joan R. Brown, the daughter of the late Isham and Elizabeth Green was born on September 13, 1950 and departed December 26, 2013. She leaves to cherish her memory, a son Anthony Green (Tameka) of Norfolk, a daughter Rhonda Brown, U.S. Army, five grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, a brother Isham Green Jr., two nieces of Norfolk, a nephew of Wisconsin, and a host of great nieces and nephews and many caring family members and friends.
