James Minter, 89, passed on May 13, 2013, a native of Norfolk, he was born to the late Caleb and Malinda Minter. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Minter and four sisters, Doris, Marget, Elizabeth and Bernice and five brothers, Andrew, Caleb Jr, Joshua, Samuel and Matthew. He leaves to cheish his memory one sister, Marie L. Jones, and a host of loving relaitves and friends.
