It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Jamal McCoy Williams 37, on January 4, 2025, in Norfolk, Virginia. Jamal was born to Adelaide Williams-Gilmore and Clem McCoy Williams on December 22, 1987, in Virginia Beach, Virginia He is survived by his mother, Adelaide, father, Clem, sister Leslie, nephew Montel and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
