Herman S. Chub Hall Sr., 86 of the 2700 Block of Ballentine Blvd was called from Labor to rest Sunday morning Apr 28, 2013. Born January 21, 1927 to the late Alexander and MAttie Sheard Hall, of Norfolk. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Olia Hall, 1 son, 4 sisters and 3 brothers. "CHUB" retired from the Seafarers International Union after 26 years of service. He was a faithful member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church. He leaves to cherish his memory, a son, Herman Cheeco Hall Jr(Sharon) daughters Leola Faulks and Cheryl Boone(Keith) 8 grnadchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and special niece Catherine Wilson and a host of relatives and friends.
