Harvey L. Bell Jr. passed away August 9, 2014, he was born November 27, 1942 in Norfolk to the late Harvey L. Bell and Marie Murphy Bell. He is survived by his wife, Betty Bond Bell of 14 years; sons, Harvey L. Bell III (Selethia) of Decatur,GA, and Marcus Bell (Clare) of Los Angeles, CA; a sister, Barbara Blount(Norman) and a brother Wallace Bell(Zelene); three grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
