Fred Lee Williams was called home on February 25, 2021. He was born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia to the late Elisha and Lemon Williams. He attended Booker T. Washington School in Norfolk, Virginia where he was a great basketball player and worked at the Norfolk Naval Base for thirty plus years. Fred is predeceased by his parents, Elisha and Lemon Williams, four brothers, James T. Williams, Johnnie E. Williams, Dave J. Williams and George A. Williams. Left to cherish his memory, a son, Michael Williams, a grandson, Tyler C. Williams, brothers, Richard Williams and Joe Williams, sisters, Mary Harper and Ruby D. Williams, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and loved ones.
