Elder Cathy Olivia Griffin was born in Norfolk, Virgina on December 16, 1949, was called home to the Lord on June 12, 2025.  Cathy was employed and retired from the Navy Uniform Support Center. She loved her church and was a devoted member of First United Presbyterian Church. She was predeceased by her mother, Frances Mitchell, her husband Clarence Griffin, her brother Irwin Taylor and her son Brad Omar Taylor.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving son, Gregory Taylor, sisters, Sandy Hutchison, Charlotte Robertson, Robin Taylor and Linda Arrington and many loving relatives and friends.
