Charlie L. Parker 69 years old passed away on February 20, 2013. A native of Nansemond County, Va, he was born April 12, 1943 to the late Ernest and Ethel Parker. Charlie was predeceased by brothers, George Parker and James and Samuel Smith, a sister Essie Mae Morris. Charlie is survived by his wife, Sheila, children Inez Hodge, Charlie Jr, Felicia Brown(terrance) and James(Sirena) 15 grandchildren and 17 great granchildren and a brother Leroy Parker and a host of loving relatives and friends.
