Charles E. "Pigskin" Harding, 88, passed peacefully on December 29, 2012. He was a native of Norfolk and the son Emmanuel and Rebecca Hudgins Harding, and the widower of Aice R. Harding, and was predeceased in death by his son, Attorney Reginald Harding. He was a long standing member of First United Presbyterian Church, where he served as Tresaurer for many years, also, currently a member of First Baptist Church Bute Street. And attended Lincoln Univeristy and was a veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by a niece, Anita Simpson-Caswell, nephews Fred and Michael Simpson, brother in law Fred Robinson and other relatives and friends.
