On October 11, 2024, Annie Marie "Precious" Little departed this earthly place in Chesapeake, Virginia, for her home in glory. She was born July 4, 1985, in Norfolk, Virginia, to the late Carolyn Elaine Little and Jimmy Lee Scott Jr. In addition to both of her parents, she was preceded in death by both her paternal and maternal grandparents.

Precious received the gift of salvation at an early age. In her younger years of following Christ, she was a member of and worshipped at the New Union Chapel AME Church in Norfolk. Precious attended and graduated from Maury High School in 2004. After graduation, she was employed and worked with her mother at the Ghent Arms Nursing Facility. Her desire to care for others led her to make an even greater decision to enlist in the United States Army, where she served honorably for six years. Upon returning home, Precious continued to care for people as she worked as a customer service representative for numerous companies in the Tidewater area.

Precious loved her children, her family, and her friends. Just like her mother, Precious never met strangers, and her personality and passion for life were infectious to anyone around her. Even in death, Precious will continue to touch the lives of those she knew and loved and those she had never met because she was an organ and tissue donor. Precious is rejoicing now, knowing that her decision saved and changed lives.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Brandon Owens, son Khalil Kashmere Taylor and daughter Katreena Elayne Owens, two brothers, Montez Antonio Little of Norfolk and Derrick Delvane Little Sr. (Michelle) of Portsmouth, VA, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
