Annie Lee Harris went home to be with her Lord and Savior on May 4, 2026. She was born on March 4, 1938 to the late Doris Cannon in Lumpkin, GA.

She attended Lumpkin Public Schools and was a graduated from Lumpkin High Industrial School on May 23, 1957. Annie was employed for many years in the Dry Cleaners Industrial around the Tidewater area until her retirement.

Annie loved her heavenly Father and gave her life to Christ at a very young age and served Him faithfully throughout her life. She was a faithful member of Olive Grove Baptist Church. On April 9, 1960 she married the late Calvin Harris Jr. where one child was born from the union, the late George E. Harris. She was also predeceased by her granddaughter, Ashley Foreman, and several stepchildren.

She is survived by her great granddaughter Michelle Hinton, her godson, Joey Kraft (Kelly), stepdaughters Janaf Draughn (Thomas) and Velma Griffin (Cecil), a devoted granddaughter, Jennifer West, along with a host of devoted friends, cousins, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
