Andrew Mack Skinner Jr. passed away on Wednesday June 10, 2020 at the age of 61. We think he did it on purpose to avoid voting in the next presidential election. Andrew worked for Network Industries for numerous years. He could accomplish anything he set his mind to. His interests included family gatherings, playing cards and watching television. Andrew was predeceased by his parents; Barbara and Andrew Mack Skinner Sr. and sister Patricia Ingram. He is survived by his children Angela Hakeen, Andrea Hakeem and Andrew Mark Bacon Jr. grandchildren, sisters Sandra Corprew (Herbert) Ellen Skinner, Virginia Butts (Bernard) brother Shelton Skinner (Darlene Hathaway) and a host of nieces, nephews and loving relatives and friends. Andrew's life would seem short to many, but those who were touched by him understood the quality of existence far exceeds the quality  of time  in which one lives.  He will be greatly missed.

For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven; a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant and a time to pluck  up what is planted; a time to kill and a time to heal to break down and a time to build up, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance.
