Alicia Jean Nesbit (Reddick) was born July 24, 1938, in  the Bronx, New York area to the late Robert Reddick and Emogene Virginia Bennett.  She was married to Leroy Weston Nesbit, on June 1957— December of 1965.  On October 21, 2020, she departed this life peacefully to be with the Lord.  She was the eldest of five children;.  Sisters; Leslie Johnson (Reddick) (deceased), Robin Reddick, Valerie Reddick (deceased), and brother, Roger Reddick.

Alicia attended and graduated from Morris High School in the Bronx.  She was an avid card player; she enjoyed poker and  pitty-pat with family and friends.  She worked for Masback Inc. for thirty years until she retired and moved to Norfolk, Virginia, in July 1997.   She did not retire long, she worked for Macys in Norfolk, VA for four years and volunteer at the Norfolk Food Bank for three years.

Alicia leave to cherish her memory her daughters; Rhonda A. Britt (Edward), Monica Pierce (KC), Kenya L. Nesbit-Manns (Leon).  Also, her children's siblings; Jason Nesbit (Shonte), Damyma Davis, Tishana Nesbit and Kerra Nesbit-Fowler (Rasheem).  As well as , grandchildren Michael Elliott, Weston Manns, and Kendell Manns.  Extended family, cousins, Glenn Woods and Cheryl Singletary (Woods), and Reba Naughton, and a host of other cousins.  Special family friends; Michael, Robert, John, Tony, Christine, and Angela Garcia.
