Adron Wendell Miller (Happy) 67, took his eternal rest on February 23, 2017. Born on August 18, 1949 and raised in Norfolk, the son of the late Hazell and Mattie Hoyles Miller who preceded him in death, and two brothers, Hazell Miller, Jr. and Vernon Miller.  Adron was educated in the Norfolk Public School System and served in the United States Navy, he also served a number of years as a Merchant Marine with the Navy. He was a dedicated employee with Virginia Building Services for seventeen years. Left to cherish his memory, sisters, Wilma (Earl) Taylor, Mattie Mae Harrell, Juanita Baker, Patricia Rogers, Linda Mitchell, and Sharon(Ronald) Richardson; brothers, Jerome Miller and Glenn(Rose) Miller; and a host of nieces and nephews. Adron was an avid fan of the musical group "The Temptations", and a true warrior for social justice and social change. His favorite pastime was Sunday dinners at his sister Mattie's house and reading books on Americans of African ancestry.
